Lynx is a text-only web browser, useful over SSH, for accessibility, and for quick scripted checks of a page's rendered text.

sudo dnf install lynx # or apt-get install lynx

    lynx https://example.com
lynx -dump https://example.com # rendered text to stdout, non-interactively
lynx -dump -nolist https://example.com | less # without the numbered link list at the bottom
lynx -dump https://example.com | grep -A2 "Status:" # scrape a specific rendered section

Inside the browser: arrow keys navigate, Enter follows a link, g goes to a URL, / searches the page, q quits. For structured scraping prefer curl/a real HTML parser; lynx -dump is best for a quick human-readable read of a page's text content. See links for an alternative, and curl for programmatic fetches.
