Links is another terminal web browser, similar in purpose to Lynx but with its own rendering engine — generally regarded as better at tables and frames, and available in a graphics-capable build (links -g) that can render images in a framebuffer or X11 window in addition to the plain terminal mode.

sudo dnf install links # or apt-get install links2 on some distros

    links https://example.com
    links -dump https://example.com | less
links -g https://example.com # graphics mode, if built with framebuffer/X support

Navigation is similar to Lynx: arrows to move, Enter to follow a link, q to quit. Try both Lynx and Links on a page that renders poorly in one; they use different layout engines and one often handles a given site better than the other.
